Nice article on Fournette, and how he is becoming a more complete back as the game "slows down".

"LSU offensive coordinator Cam Cameron singles out Fournette and wide receiver D.J. Chark as the unit's most improved players since the season."

Good to know his vision checks out okay. Very important for a running back.

most improved players

LF had a really good season considering he was a true freshman who split carries with three other backs. Now if he is the most improved that tells me either two things LF wins the Heisman or the rest of the offense is not progressing well. Particularly the QB play, which after last season could only get better it couldn't possibly be worse.

Regardless of his abilities, I just really like reading into his mindset....with what he gives us. LF seems like a very admirable young man and LSU ambassador. Kudos to you young man....kudos!

He's like a thoroughbred with blinders.

DJ Chark has been completely dominating this spring.

If Dural/Chark can each put up 700 yards and 5-6 TDs... Fournette gets 20 carries a game, and we get some production out of other RBs and WRs, people will forget about 2012-14.

The real question is: what happens to his braces when his facemask gets detached from his helmet.

Fournette is the least of my worries unless he is injured.

Things not to talk about:
Hitting streaks
No-hitters
Injuries to your star player

I thought we couldn't get worse than jj I'm 2010 but we did with AJ last year so I will never say the qb can't be worse cause past history has shown it can.

If Fournette is the most improved since last season, watch out.
