As discussed in previous threads, if it didn't involve athletes charges would never have been filed in the first place, because any cop worth a damn would have sorted that mess out beforehand like they do hundreds of times each month.

And when Tiger fans are looking for an expeditious resolution, we have have assholes here saying that LSU football players aren't entitled to any such special treatment.....then the DA's office comes out and says that just opposite is true.
