Was it a legit call? We were at the game watching them line up for the extra point before we even knew there was a flag and didn't see a replay. Great play by Jackson either way.

We thought the contact with the receiver was in the first five yards and legal. Ref disagreed.

The flag was on the gold part of the tiger eye, making it hard for anyone to see. Not sure if it was legit or not.

Bumped him at about 5 yards and definitely grabbed the jersey and held on. Pretty easy call.

video replay by ESPN showed Paris grabbing / pulling the WR's jersey as the receiver was trying to gain separation and run his route
penalty was called for defensive holding

You could see the jersey pulled away.
Funny how Doughty was in a world of hurt after that play but when the play was nullified and they got the ball back he came out on the field with virtually no signs of hurt. What an actor.

Some are making it out like it was a blatant obvious penalty.
It actually appeared to be very ticky tack and absolutely no worse than anything that was done by the opposing team all night.
This one call by one ref actually caused a 14 point swing in the game. Took the points off of LSU and WK scored a td right after.

Yeah, looked like he pulled his jersey for about half a second. What made it worse was they hadn't called holding on their offensive line yet.
They called a couple once we were up by 14 or 21.
