Seriously people, this is not the case at all and it is exremely disrespectful to call anybody a liar. Miles is about as inarticulate a head coach as you will ever hear talk to the media. He may not have spoken clearly but, he is not a liar. Today he took full responsibility for his coaching error and we need to accept that.

I assume that none of you have ever made a mistake.

It's nothing personal against him, but he may not be smart enough to even realize when he's lying and when is actually telling the truth. I simply think he's just lost.

What about Saturday after the game?

None of us will ever be scrutinized as much as Miles. We're not the head coach of LSU.

Les, what are you doing on TD.com? Shouldn't you be practicing calling timeouts when we are about to get another delay of game penalty?

No he didn't, that is a lie in itself.

He ended every excuse and blame with "I take responsibility" but it's not really taking responsibility. Well, maybe in Lesland it is.

"I don't know who called the "clock it." - Les Miles after the LSU game Saturday night.

I doubt you hear many retractions from the boo-birds on this, but I totally agree.

I thought Mike and Mike's commentary and agreement with Miles' explanation was great, and hopefully the Miles detractors will not attempt to forward a rumor that they do not know with certainty to be true. It's one thing to be blasted for poor clock management; it's another to be called a liar. To my knowledge, Miles has been pretty good about not throwing his players or other coaches under bus.

Buddy! You saw the video, do you really belive that he was saying the receiver was down four times in a row. He lied in the heat of the moment, he is human, he needs to apologize and stop making excuses.

Ok, he is not a liar. L.M. as a head coach of a prominent football program in the best conference in the nation, can't think his way out of a wet paper bag when it comes to coaching. Is that OK?

He didn't know you jackass! Did you listen to the presser? The booth said OM had 12 on D and they were trying to get a snap off to catch them, Miles didn't call the clock it! Look I was as pissed as anyone after the game But, listen to what the man said. Believe it or not he knew how long it would take to get the FG team on the field, He agreed he should have veto'd Crowtons pass calls and explained the pointing at the ground that everyone is saying was him calling the " clock-it"

I have no problem criticising his coaching skills of lack thereof. I totally agree that he lacks in some areas as compared to the better coaches in the SEC to wit: Saban, Meyer and possibly Nutt
