Does Miles make $5 million now?

Ok.. I was just thinking about Mack Brown getting a raise to $5 mil. Doesn't Miles have a clause in his contract that will pay him like a thousand dollars more than the top paid coach in the country? Or was that just in the SEC? I remember when CNS got his raise, Miles' salary topped him by like a thousand dollars.. Is this correct?

It doesn't change anytime another coach gets a raise higher than his.
The raise only made him the highest paid coach at that time.
But, if he were to win the NC, then I'm guessing that the stipulation is still in the contract and he would then be getting more than Brown.
Man, there would be a lot of pissing and moaning on here if that were to happen.

Please, with the way some of the people are on here they would STILL be pissy that we would be paying Miles 5 million + per year.

First off, I didn't know Alabama fans came on this board every other day asking this question.. It was printed like that in an Alabama newspaper awhile ago.. I am sure that is why we have it in our heads..
