Unless you're paying his salary, what do you care? We finished 13-1. It sucks that we lost to Bama in the BCS and I'm still not over it, but damn, think of a season's worth of good times prior to that; like walking out of BDS with a victory, when nobody gave us a chance. Can we drop stop the whining and look ahead. Nothing that happened is going to change. It's in the past. Dead. Move on, people!

Bonuses for SEC West, SEC Champs, and BCS champs for Les and entire staff (I believe).

Wishful thinking?

I think all the bonuses will make for a pretty nice winter, spring, and summer for the LSU staff...as it should.

Another elite season for LSU football. I guess the all the cliff jumping, we are doomed stuff, and no faith guys let their water go a tad early.

I can only imagine the fans' response if he does. I think more fans would have a negative reaction than a positive one

Yes, but most of our fans appear to be idiots. So going against the conventional wisdom of the LSU fanbase is actually a good move, in my opinion.

I don't think so. He proabbly got most of the incentive bonuses he could earn though.

He qualifies for several bonuses based on winning the SEC and taking the team to a BCS bowl. I don't remember the amounts.

My personal opinion is that since he was going to get a $1MM raise for winning he should reduce his pay by $1MM for losing - especially the way he lose. That was a disgrace to the coaching profession. Performance evaluation: F-

Yeah,....it doesn't work that way douche bag. Fact of the matter is OVER THE FULL COURSE OF THE SEASON, the football team turned A $47 million profit and LSU football created an additional $60 million in spending in the Baton Rouge area last year. One poorly coached game doesn't negate the positive impact of that. Get some mother fricking perspective.

I think it is absurd what coaches get paid today. I can remember when people were up in arms about paying 2 mil for a coach.

Coaches can have bad games. They can't have games where they don't try.

Question #1 has any team gone 13 - 0 and not won the NC?
Question # 2 To all the Miles' supporters are you satisfied with coming in second.
Miles must be held accountable for not using everything he had. Many wonder if Lee should have been sent in, I say yes or play Mett. I didn't care which one I just didn't want any regrets. Now we faced with second guessing the head coach in big games.

I say if he didn't get incentives for the SEC Title and Championship game appearance, he should get a couple hundred grand for that. No more though. Chavis deserves a raise.

The entire staff should. Anytime you win the SEC you should be rewarded.
