most D1 schools would give a testicle to be able to hire him...I think if he even gives a hint that he wants to coach at another school there will be a stampede of offers

and yes, our dumb asses will be struggling annually to beat yet another former coach of ours..

Dumb statement. Where is he going to go in the SEC West?? Bama, hell no. Auburn, Malzan better coach and younger with SEC intensity. Arkansas, can;t beat their coach. Ole Miss, wouldn't touch him over Freeze and that new contract. Moo State would be his only hope, and he sure as hell couldn't win with that talent. Florida found a gold mine with their new hire.

I see what you did there but seriously.

You mean, where every program pays their players?

you people are crazy. As long as he doesn't have to play bama every year...he is a fantastic coach. Nick saban literally mind fricks the shite out of him and he's screwed until game 1 of next season.

I'd be willing to bet he'd have a P5 job within weeks

I would love him at bama but they would no way in he'll hire miles. Matter of fact we have a coach that would have a hard time getting a job after here.

He will get hired as a head coach for 4 yrs at a big time school to get their recruiting back in line, then retire and a new coach come in and win with his recruits

He is so entertaining! He would be really great on Gameday and make it fun again. Can you imagine some of the awesome tangents that could take place?

Who the frick would hire him!!!????
Wow

You realize he has probably the 3rd or 4th best resume in all of college football, right? For coaches with longevity in the game (10 yrs+), there is Saban, Meyer, maybe Bob Stoops, and then Miles.

If he hit the open market, the ONLY reason any program would hesitate would be his age, and how long he'd be willing to stay somewhere. If he wanted a job and said he'd stick around 5 yrs, it'd be a no-brainer.
