It's hard to tell. He's only passed about 50 times, and about half have been quick hitters. Even on his other throws the first read has been wide open a lot of times.

There's only been about 10 passes on which he held the ball long enough to go through progressions. And on those it's hard to tell exactly where he's looking.

When you're used to watching Drew Brees on Sunday college QBs just look incompetent. Drew will move his vision all the way across the field to hit his third option. They just don't do that in college unless it's off of a scramble.

It's pretty obvious that on most plays, he watches his primary receiver and doesn't throw based on timing or throwing his receivers open. He'll learn but as of now, he's getting by on accuracy and arm strength
