O has said that it is Steve's job. He said he will get on the head set once or twice a game and say "I think we should consider ________". But, he trusts Steve to do hos job and he will be held accountable for it.

I'm sure he's a tad involved in crucial moments (as a head coach should be), but it's pretty apparent he lets his coordinators call the game and coaches handle substitutions.

Gordy reported from the halftime locker room that O walked by Ensminger and said 'Steve, more Leonard'. So, it seems that he lets Ensminger do his thing.

O said he lets them to go with limits. Clearly told Steve no more cute side to side stuff.
