For any of the sports, but especially football...if so, how do you accomplish it?

Probably difficult with live radio Cuse it's ahead of tv, but internet radio is usually behind, so you can pause your tv for just a few seconds and sync up nicely.

Is GeauxZone the only place to be able to get the local call when you are out of the listening area?

you can do this with an ipod that has a radio function. it has a delay. I got one just for baseball and football. it takes a few tries to sync up. the earphones act as an antennae so you'll need a splitter on some applications. but I found my connection to my AV unit provided the reception, too. get a used ipod with the radio function if you don't want an ipod per se.

I am in the listening area. I don't think you can stream live lsu sports w/o the geaux zone, but I didn't have to figure that out.

Always, just turn on geaux zone and pause the TV, if it's direct tv it's like a minute or two behind, for NFL I do it with Sirius but it's like 4 minutes behind

There are several apps out there that let you delay the output of an audio source using your computer. I plug my radio into the microphone jack on my computer, use one of those free apps to delay the output, and play the sound over my speakers via Bluetooth.

Would sure make the radio broadcast listenable if they added a 4 or 5 second delay. It's been a problem for years. As it is I only turn the radio on if I have to leave the room.

Try this free app for laptop.
It allows you to delay audio from 0 to 30 seconds.
Run the headphone output from radio into laptop audio in. After that you can either listen on the laptop or run the laptop headphone to another stereo.
