in the chicken bowl

You're an idiot. Last year 6 SEC teams had 10 wins. Two were in the BCS leaving 4 10-win teams to go to Cotton, Cap One, Outback, and Chicken.

With injuries, I don't see UF or UGA getting there. If we beat A&M, Arkansas, and Furman, there is no way we go Chicken Bowl. If Auburn loses only to Bama, Missouri wins out the regular season and loses the SECCG, and Bama wins out, we end up no worst than Cotton/Outback. If we win out and Bama beats Barn, we're probably in the BCS.

UF still has UGA, SC has Clempson and Mizzou, UF and USC still have a game, A&M and Mizzou still have a game, and Barn and Bama are yet to play. There are too many head to head games of teams in the same bowl tier as us with one having a guaranteed loss to make us a more attractive bowl pick that that team.

Even if we lose to A&M and Bama, I could see us ending up in a higher tier bowl than the chicken bowl.

Not championship or bust but with the talent that lsu pulls in year after year we should be competing for championships annually. The shite like you saw on Saturday and like we have all seen happen all too often should not be expected, nor should it be tolerated.

"all too often"

LSU hasn't loss to a team that absolutely had less talent on it than them since 2009 before last Saturday.

Especially these coaches that make good money. There is no excuse for not being prepared mentally for an undermanned and inferior talent as ole miss

It doesn't bother me that much, once the SECCG is out of the picture, I hunt more between now and bowl season once that happens. It's always a win win for me.

Nailed it. I think this is why so many are upset with the loss. If Ole Miss had been at full strength, this loss wouldn't have stung so bad.

in 2008 and 2009, the expectations weren't championship or idgaf. WHile it wasn't fun losing that many games and in that fashion, it was at least expected somewhat.

WHen you come out the beginning of this season and look like one of the best teams in the country with the way our offense has been working, have 2 good outings as far as the defense improving, and have everything in front of you to reach your goals for the season and you forget to practice and show up against Ole Piss, yeah idgaf about this season anymore.

Precisely how is LSU's talent that superior to the rest of college football?

How often actually? Les has won over 80% of his games. How many other current college coaches have an equal or better record?

often should not be expected, nor should it be tolerated.

When are upsets expected? That's why they are called upsets.

What is your remedy for your zero tolerance policy? What do you suggest LSU do about it?

Yes. The fanbase has created a bama or bust mentality.

I think at this point LSU needs a signature win on the season like Missouri, UGA, Ole Miss, Auburn, and UT have. It is Bama or bust under those circumstances, but I think is closer to Bama, then Tex A&M or bust. They have to find a way to close the season out right.

with LSU's talent it should be BCS or bust every year

I feel the same way. The success we have has bred this mentality, how can you not expect a championship when everyone has the mentality that we are an elite program.

Conversely, if we lose I don't stop supporting the program and go full tard. You're disappointed, but what are you gonna do, shitty losses happen.

Another problem is College Football post season in general. The fact that you basically have to go undefeated or can only lose one game to please the voters to have a shot at a title is insane.

Its also championship or bust for most because what exactly is a bowl game win mean? Say we win the cotton bowl. OK. What does that mean? It doesn't mean shite. I've always thought the bowl system in general is ridiculous.
