I think LSU is a bad mismatch for Kentucky. They can't stop the run and I think LSU will be able to physically handle them.

Kentucky is a nice story and all, but people are over-doing it just a little. No way they beat LSU in Tiger Stadium.

Finebaum callers drag you down to their level.

Then I'm sure you loved the time he said LSU fans don't like basketball because they're racist.

What was his reasoning other than us not being that good?

People keep trying to say that Kentucky is a legitimately good team. They aren't.

They are certainly okay and capable in some areas, but their defense is crappy. Especially their run defense.

If there's one thing we are pretty good at right now, it's running the football. Fournette just got a ton of carries last week, and we've figured out that he needs to get the vast majority of them. He'll run all over Kentucky.

Their offense is pretty solid, and will move the ball some on us too. However, their quarterback is still developing and our secondary is pretty good. Except some mistakes at night in Tiger Stadium.

LSU should win this game by double digits.

I prefer the Finebaum show to Brando's show, actually.

Brando has a lot of head coach interviews... long, boring head coach interviews. I prefer Phyllis from Mulva-type radio.

Rex, you're wrong again. Brando usually is pro LSU. He even has had LSU helmets, etc., on his show often. He is from North La. like me. He used to call the Northeast games. He lived in Shreveport, not Monroe. I lived in Bastrop and B.R. during those years. Brando moved for his TV show somewhere, not La.. He's always said good things about LSU.

People like Phyllis shouldn't get an opportunity to speak on the airwaves.

This explains a lot. And is not surprising.

I would agree, but we have the best player in the country.

LSU wins big.

Many share this opinion. Quite honestly, we don't match up well defensively against them. The offense has to establish the run because we all know if they are forced to pass, it breath holding time. If the fans are into it and are fired up, it could make a difference in this game. But lately it seems no matter what the score is, unless it's BAMA and the game is close, fans (who actually show up) start exiting mid 3rd Quarter and by the 4th, it looks like a UL-L crowd.

Listening to Finebaum hammered Thursday afternoon on the way to Auburn was epic.

The MSU game was awesome until MSU scored btb TDs to go up 31-10.

If we had forced that 3&out after our defensive TD, we tie it up at 17 in the 3rd.

MSU completed the throwback screen for 12 or so yards on 3rd and 9 and it went downhill from there.

That would be fun.

But that show is fricking terrible in reality. Gives little information on SEC football. Just mindless callers.

Paul himself provides nothing, other than to monitor his idiot callers. Literally anyone could do his job.

One time I heard Chris Warner from here on the show and he was summarily destroyed on air. A sad day indeed. I rarely listen anymore and I do take it for what it is.
