Too long ago to remember. Sometime in late 50's but most likely early 60's.

Don't remember the date but it was when we play Mississippi State in the early 90s when Eddie Kennison had a 90-100 punt return. My dad and I were in the east upper deck and it was monsooning. It was miserable but I couldn't wait to do it again.

I'm 34 so about 30 years ago was my first memory of being in Tiger Stadium. Though I don't remember who we were playing or what the outcome was I remember being in the upper south corner of the endzone. After an LSU touchdown my dad got so excited he picked my mom off her feet and gave her a big kiss. Now when I can talk my wife into going to a game with me I kiss her after every touchdown; I don't even know if she knows the reason. Both my parents are gone now but they two tiger fans that will never be forgotten.

Sep 1994. Lsu/moo st. Steady light rain @ night. Eddie Kennison takes back a punt (he should've never fielded) 100 yds. Louisiana born, but grew up in Ga since the age of 10. Making the road trip was like going to Mecca. Got to go on the field at the old box and on the TS grass that Sunday morning. Should've eaten some.

1964 v. Tennessee; Day game (Homecoming I believe; at least they had cars on the field and lots of females in pastel hoop skirts) and a TV game! My grandfather took me. Sat in the upper south end zone. 8 yrs old (but had been in TS before with my father who was a HS football coach and would take his team every year to watch the Tigers practice).

2009, Sep 12, LSU vs Vandy. It was a rainy day, and we played really ugly under JJ, so yeah...my very first game was kind of a let down. But things get much more excited as the season went on.

No, I was 3 and it was 1985. I'm sure I had fun though. Earliest games I can remember were against Tulane and Miss St a few years after that. Student section would pelt their male cheerleaders with EVERTHING. Kinda the cheerleaders fault, you don't just come into Tiger Stadium and wave an opposing team's flag in front of the student section.

I was in the SEZ for that game too! You weren't by any chance the son of a LaPlace State Trooper at that time were you? (Trying to find him. I think his last name was Tamburella).

No I'm not.

LSU vs. Kentucky 1998. I was in sixth grade and my uncle that went to LSU got me in to the student section. I was hooked at that point on.

Was at that game also. LSU field goal kicker missed several very makeable kicks. Outplayed them all afternoon.
