do you believe the qb 'issue' is of similar magnitude as the defensive front 7?

I think we've more than overcome average (or even below average) qb play for several years
on the other hand, we've had a history of dominant pass rush, run stopping, etc.

Not even close. Front seven is much bigger, but you know how that goes.

We gave up over 300 rushing yards in a night game in Death Valley. I cringe about what Auburn will do to us running the ball.
The offense should work itself out

The QB issue has an obvious fix. D line not so much.

totally agree. I don't know why some are giving the qb such a hard time when there are much much bigger issues at hand

No.
The Oline + QB situation, though, is at least as worrying as the front 7 on D.
The linebackers have been even worse than the dline, imo. Disappointing given the depth and amount of experience there.

Front 7 is weak. Coaches should know this. Should put more emphasis on keeping them off the field and scoring.

so you're saying the front 7 is weak b/c the offense is weak?
did you notice in the second quarter when LSU had over 12 minutes of TOP vs msu's 5+ minutes (this was shown on the jumbotron at the game fwiw)?
