Do visiting teams to the Box get paid?

In football, I realize you have rent-a-wins that want
a big payday. Does the same hold true for baseball
when Southern comes to the Box? Or even Brown,
Notre Dame, or Air Force? How's that work?

I was wondering the same thing.
I know in football "rent a wins" get between 400 and 700 K.
Im guesssing a team like southern or alcorn gets 15-20K for a midweek baseball game.
Maybe 100K for a non-conf weekend opponent.
Just my guess

They don't get paid. It is nothing more than an RPI thing

i have a buddy who is a coach. i wont say who he coaches for but when they play LSU, they dont get paid like most teams but that LSU gives them stuff such as dirt for their infield or tons of balls, etc.
i dont know how much a team would make but he said most teams will get paid something.

They get to experience the best damn college baseball fans in the world and if they kick our arse, they get victory laps at our field

They get a once in a lifetime experience of playing in front a huge crowd in Alex Box. Most of the time these crowds and atmosphere will be the closest thing that any of these players will get of making it to the Show.

that is why we do not travel, other than, a game or so instate. we make money & when the team travels to arkansas - they go by air charter
