Yes. Channel 611 and it's in glorious HD.

Yes, with your DirecTV account login credentials, you can access ESPN3 and the SECN+. I would highly recommend getting a Roku, or Amazon Fire box in order to stream the games via the SECN+ (WatchESPN app).

Off topic, I normally lose my signal if it rains hard enough. Last night we were under a Tornado Warning with the storm headed directly for my house. While trying to watch the local news, I lost my signal

Can you still watch what you've DVR'd?

Yep. That's actually what I did. I had 2 tv's on. The one in the other room I had on ABC so I could hear it when it did come back on, and I watched SVU recorded in my bedroom

You lost your HD signal. During the last hurricane I watched the local channels for weather in SD right up until the power went out for 2 1/2 days.

When you lose your signal switch from HD to SD.

WatchESPN and ESPN3 are actually separate. WatchESPN is based on your TV provider which must be a WatchESPN Participating Provider. Also you only are able to watch ESPN programs which are part of your TV package.

ESPN3 on the other hand is based on your internet provider, which must must be an ESPN3 Participating Provider.

Generally you will be able to watch both especially if your TV provider is also your internet provider. However in my case, I have Directv for my TV and AT&T Uverse for my internet. Fortunately both are Participating Providers, however I can see a case where they might not be.

Good luck!
