No toss dive

OMG

We ran probably 8 toss dives last night.

This is about the 3rd post I've read with "no toss dives". My eyes are opening to the LSU fanbase shortcomings.

To be fair, we made it look like more of a regular toss because we did it with a shifting line all but once or twice.

Sorry bro. I don't recall seeing it. If it was there, it certainly wasn't a big part of the gameplan. You sure you aren't talking about pitches?

I like your point but he does fail to drive his legs through a couple throws a game. That affects your arm strength and he's had a couple fall short, not a lot of deep routes tho. One last night was the deep out or crossing route to Jeter. Luckily we picked up a Def. PI call on the play.

We all saw why players leave LSU and thrive in the NFL...the talent was there all along....just two buffoons at the helm

He proved that he's a better OC than the guy we were paying 1.5 mil

This is not that at all. They need a new offense. Still looked slow at timez

Yeah, I'm talking about the double tight end, full back, center guard gap, straight push play Les loves so much. I saw a few tosses and pitches, but I don't recall seeing old man football. I could be wrong.

Let's put on our psychology hats for a minute.... It would be interesting if there could have been a controlled study about the game last night and compare 2 different scenarios. By that, I mean put 2 mannequins in the place of Coach O and Ensminger and replay the game and study the results.

Not to detract anything from Coach O and Ensminger, I think you could attribute at least a small part of last night's success solely on the absence of Miles and Cameron. Think about it before you downvote.

I know it's the rant, but don't be a dick. That was a lead play run through the tackle guard gap. Not a dive.

I said toss dive. I also said "I might have missed it" so you can calm your tits.

someone should post the pic of Ensminger signaling for a time out(futiley,) behind Miles' back during the Tennessee clock debacle a few years ago, when Miles was still on a lucky streak

I think there was 1 wasted TO in the first half, which is to be expected in most college games. However, I can't believe how much we threw over the middle. It was refreshing. This was the most balanced our offense has been in 10 years. I'm on Cloud 9 right now.

Spot on assessment. Do think when you watch film DE should have kept the ball on a few read/options. Also he missed a wide open WR and went for the deep ball once. Overall a great OC called game.

That the system we have in place doesn't have to look so predictable to the other team's defense. Hell, there was a point in the game last night when even the SEC Network crew tracked the wrong way on a play.

Those alignments we saw in the opening possession? That's the future.

No one has mentioned that we didn't look to the sideline before every snap.

That's a huge understatement too. He and Cam got heated several times. Cam was a dick. Ran Sean Patterson (Shea Patterson's older brother) off by being an a-hole. Probably would've run off Craig after this season had Miles not been fired. Dude was a count.
