I and I'm sure alot of other folks needed that last drive to put points on the board to cover the spread. I am positive it is a HUGE coinkidink, but damn it didn't look good, and thats the last time I bet on us.

Don't bet LSU on big spreads. Miles never covers the big ones.

I knew he wouldn't run it up, but I had a feeling we'd get a few in the endzone with Special Teams, and Miles would put up about 30 just running the offense. When he ran that play on the 4th down I puked. I didn't then, and still don't see the need for it. Like I said on another thread, if you don't want to run it up, kneel it. Didn't make sense to me, but my face isn't on a Cane's cup either.

Miles and Crowton were essentially running scrimmages based on the game situation--thus the 2 minute drill at the end of the first half, for example. They couldn't care less what the betting line is. They only want to milk the most out of their opportunities to prepare for the tough competition.

I made a ton this weekend. I bet the under on that whopping 3-2 slugfest, I picked us and UGA not to cover in a parlay, and I picked USC to cover on tOSU. Weekends like this are few and far between. I'm revelling.

If you cant take the consequences of gambling then stop doing it. No one feels sorry for you.

That's bullshite. FEMA does. Just tell them that you gambled because you were still in a state of emotional distress. They'll reimburse you. That's what I do for my coke and strippers.

Some trends for this weeks game. Learned a long time ago not to bet on LSU.

Over is 8-2 in LSU last 10 games overall.
LSU are 2-6 ATS in their last 8 games on grass.
LSU are 3-8-1 ATS in their last 12 games overall.

Auburn: Under is 8-2 in AUB last 10 conference games.
AUB are 7-2 ATS vs. a team with a winning record.
AUB are 2-7 ATS in their last 9 games in September.

Head to Head: Under is 7-1 in the last 8 meetings.

I bet to make watching the games more fun. I like to bet for LSU to cover, but on huge spreads, I either bet the under or don't bet at all. Overall, I'm pretty far ahead on my betting, but that's because I'm controlled with it. I give myself 1,000 dollars to gamble with every fall. There is no way I would ever bet more than that. Also, I take out any money I win Over the 1,000 dollars. My sophomore year was rough, by game 8 I was out of the 1,000 dollars, but I had 500 put away, so the loss didn't hurt.

Last year (junior) I more than tripled my money at one point. You just have to be disciplined enough to not go crazy with it. If I would have been betting huge in the last few weeks, I would have lost it all back, but I never bet more than 200 on a game, EVER.

I do the same at the casino, it really goes a long way. Be responsible and never play with the money you need for food or rent.

It was a great weekend for me! Hit a 7 team parley (although my SMU +36 was a push, so actually 6 team). Took points on North Texas, Connecticut, Miss. State, Southern Miss (ML), Wisconsin, and Oklahoma. Thats the 2nd 7 team parley I've hit this season.

I'll definitely take LSU w/ points and under this weekend. No big games this weekend, so I'm going to have a ton of bets going (I never touch the big games).
