This I have to agree with. There were plenty of opportunities for people to go today. I think the weather kept them away (although ironically, didn't keep them from buying new iPhones the day before).
I blame Apple.

In all seriousness, it looks better to just not show up than show up for a quarter and leave. Then you could truly blame it on the weather. But if the fans brave the weather only to leave a quarter later, why even show up? lol.

It's not about how much food you can stuff down your throat you fat frick! It's about supporting the team on the field and ensuring the home field advantage that they should have while playing in Tiger Stadium. Really.... Your dad should have pulled out!

I didn't go at all. It was raining and the last thing I want to do is get stuck on the Atchafalaya (sp?) bridge going or leaving a game. I kind of felt bad cause I could see my seats in the north EZ all empty and wet.

It is a joke and I am ashamed of the fan support the "chairbacks" have been leaving early for years but the student section made them feel like they were running late tonight it is pathetic

They sober up after a quarter, and they realize their feet are soaked. There is NOTHING worse than having soaked socks/feet.

If you want to bitch about something, bitch about the misnomer that it never rains in Tiger Stadium. It did last year for Towson (I was there until the end) and it did tonight.
