David Greene pumping LSU up on ESPNU

I'm watching the experts on ESPNU and David Greene really likes LSU. Says they are peaking at the right time. Also they were saying who they would have in a 4 team playoff right now and he said bama Oregon the winner of the Clemson FSU game and LSU.

Most analysts on ESPN are saying it's almost a forgone conclusion that Alabama will meet Oregon in the Title Game.

I like LSU in the mix. Just back from a trip to Tennessee and they think they will take bama this year.

on BCS countdown Tom Luginbill was making it seem that the Clemson FSU game really didnt mean anything cause the winner wouldnt jump Oregon in the polls and wouldnt mean anything in the long run cause Oregon and bama are so much better then everyone else... this sounds like last year...

You saw that!? Yes! That's exactly what I was talking about! They pretty much said nothing matters because Alabama and Oregon are not going to lose, that they are in a different class by themselves.
I know LSU is good enough to beat Alabama. I know LSU will beat Alabama.

It would be about time for therm to act like a rival for a change. I blame Tenn for Bama running rampant unchecked for so long. The gumps are damn lucky that they haven't had to face a competitive team for their east rival. It's been up to LSU to hold the gumps in check for the last six years without help from hardly anyone else.
