Dan Radakovich...Maybe we should dump Aleva and bring him back and see what he could do

Remember him? Assistant AD or something like that. Went to Georgia Tech and had success, now at Clemson. Maybe we should dump Aleva and bring him back and see what he could do. We aren't winning any championships with Aleva, what do we have to lose. Damn sure couldn't be any worse than "Duke Lacrosse Aleva".

Radakovich is solid...should not have gotten away! Did a great job in a short time at Georgia Tech and now enhancing facilities at Clemson

He was run off at GT. not very well liked at all by the large donor base or in the athletic department. What did he do at GT that was so great?

If people are going to bitch about Alleva's hires they should hate Radakovich. He let Paul Hewitt stick around to run Tech's basketball program into the ground then hired a coach who'll probably get fired after this season. For football he hired a coach who guaranteed Tech will never be able to compete for a national title.

It is one thing to say that we could do better than Alleva, but to say that we could not do worse is completely stupid. Look around, LSU is one of the most financially successful athletic programs and our performance on the field has not been that bad. I do question some of Alleva's basketball hires, but he is not the dumpster fire that the OP makes him out to be.
