Well assuming it was still consensual it would become felony carnal knowledge and hill might be in prison. You can call a dude trying to hook up with chicks at a bar a sexual predator, the application of that term is somewhat subjective. By definition a predator ruthlessly exploits another person, which seems to contradict a consensual act.
