he's old, has no coordinator experience in the NFL (and only a very limited coordinator career in college), and doesn't have any of the characteristics of a good NFL coach
Let me preface this by saying that I don't take this rumor junk seriously at all.
But honestly i think he would do better than you think. I think most college coaches that fail at the pro level fail because they are pricks...and you can't always get away with that with NFL players. Miles would be a CEO type players coach that NFL players would find insanely loyal. When you add in that he generally makes good coaching hires and others like to work with him...well you never know.
...and when you throw in the Oklahoma connection and that it is Jones who could care less what anyone thinks...well...you never know.
