he would be a good hire for Jerry though. Then JJ can pretty much coach the team, hire the coordinators he wants, and make all the personnel decisions.

He's a great talent evaluator. Hires great assistants. Keeps players happy. Would work well with ownership. NFL experience. All attributes of an NFL coach that would appeal to an owner.

huh?
did miles learn from saban's pro move?
a bust.
did miles learn from saban's regret of leaving?
did miles learn from dietzel's regret of leaving, and his subsequent return?

does miles have the character to withstand the booing of the idiot lsu fans?
that's the question.
we know he has the character to protect his team from a cancer like perriloux.
we know he has the character to stay w/ lsu during the seccg w/ tenn when all the rantards knew that lsu was out of the nc picture.

does miles want to stick around while he is criticized by boo-gers less intelligent than trailer trash?..by loosers whose only accomplishment is tearing down the fabric of good people?

i love miles and it might be the best for him, and i would always know that we killed our own who has been more faithful than lsu probably deserves.

You mean other than the University of Michigan and the Dallas Cowboys? Because if those are the only "Big Boys" that show interest in him, he is doing ok.

Initially, I thought Jones couldn't be that stupid, but after thinking about it, Miles is much better suited for the NFL than Saban or Meyer. He's not a control freak which is what killed Saban. Plus, it's really what Jones wants, to be de facto head coach. Miles would literally be a figure head with Jones now calling all the shots. Wade Phillips, even though he looks like a moron, still has some input which is more than Jones wants him to have. He wants no input from the coach which is what he thinks Miles would give him.

Jones would still be an idiot for doing it, but its part of his plan...a warped plan and wrong for the NFL, but fits what he wants.

Miles would be an idiot for putting himself in a bitch role. I think Miles is dumb, but not that dumb.

I wouldn't be shocked if Colorado came calling either if they were to fire Hawkins. I know the chances of Miles leaving for CU are near zero but I think they are better than him going to dallas.

Who is the dumb one?
1. A college educated man with experience and success at every level of his trade making millions of dollars a year running a successful program.
2. A loser spending his day bashing said man while offering nothing of value or substance to those around him.
