You've gotta get that runner into SP with only one out.

Definitely would have tied the run had the bunt been successful.

nola deserved to win rest of his team deserved to lose.

that is the worst display of getting yourselves out I have ever seen.

And pretty boy rhymes is more worried about his pretty boy hair than playing baseball.

2-0 count and the closer cant throw a strike you take till he throws one. That is how you play baseball. you don't freaking swingf you take.

Rhymes choked all night.

so did manieri rhymes should have been bunting.

I haven't had a chance to watch a lot of LSU this year. Practically none during the regular season, but from what I've seen in the SEC tourney, regionals, and super regionals, this team has a problem stringing together runs. We've had timely hitting here and there, but other than that late pouring on against OU in game 2, not a lot of production. Has this been a recent "slump" or has this been the MO for this team all season long?

Yep. Wish we had a coach and not a bump on a log. Manieri just sits there and hopes something good happens. Been doing that since he got here.

Man, I miss Skip.

I'm bummed, but the meltdown on this board is pathetic, yet predictable. sad.
