Sorry to say, but you're being naive. While in a perfect world police would only arrest the guilty, making trials little more than theater, they don't. As such, if you ever do find yourself accused of something you didn't do, to suggest the best thing to do is to walk down to the police station and sit down for a cup of coffee and a chat sans lawyer is beyond silly.

Yea, sure, that's exactly how this works. I know it's a long video, but if you have some time at some point, bookmark and then watch this video.

Jefferson's attorney said his client is innocent

Good grief, Doc...wtf? I realize you've been part of the group that, for whatever reason, bought the first story that hit the streets nearly in it's entirety, but are you suggesting there couldn't be truth in Jefferson's side of the story?

OF COURSE his lawyer is going to tell the most beneficial version for his client...would the same not be true for the accusers and their attorney? why must "the victims" here be taken entirely at their word, but JJ'd word tossed out as what what would expect from a filthy criminal?

"Further investigation reveals that Lowery was able to go to work at his job at Puncher's Sports Bar the weekend of this alleged fight."

I couldn't make this stuff up if I tried.

"because they didn't beat themselves up" is likely his answer.

ETA he'll also say he hasn't taken sides and doesn't know if he's guilty or not. And he'll follow that with an quoting any post that suggests JJ might not have done it and is getting a raw deal.

Know someone who knows Lowery. They saw him there. They told me this weeks ago. Said "not a scratch on him."

I'm not saying JJ should be the starter...but saying that you don't want JJ to be on the field ever again just comes off as hatred for the kid. So JJ can't get on the field when we are blowing out teams?

the situation is pretty messed up by the Baton Rouge Police.
Everyone knows that BR Police are natzi's, over react and rarely do a competent job.
this is true and all the top level guys need to be run out of town and cowboy kip holden should answer for why the cops are incompetent.

Now as far as JJ is concerned it sucks for him but he is a distraction to the team. Its best he goes else where so he doesn't disrupt a possible nc season or future nc seasons.

If this turns out to true though, and he has all these witnesses that have been ignored, he is going to get fricking paid for all the shite BRPD did to him.

Now, I believe there is no way they could actually be that fricking stupid, so who knows how it turns out.

ETA: should get paid for ineptness, but likely won't.
