It was a good move to play you on the line.

Jefferson and Giles are really good receivers and run good routes but neither has great speed. Giles nor Jefferson would have taken the ball to the house on the Dillon TD against Auburn. That was the roughest thing about losing Drake, SPEED.

Drake wouldn’t be playing anything but ST even if he were still with the team. Kid couldn’t catch.

Agree, with the lack of separation, need to run more rub routes, etc. I liked the combo route on 3rd down with the (out route, go and deep square in for the first down).

More Hi / low routes and crossing routes,

Definitely want to see some drags across the middle, but Burrow has had so many passes knocked down, i'm not sure if thats a good idea.

The Referrees at Auburn have been especially awful each time I go there. About 10 times in the last 30 years. Officiating at Auburn is worse than the officiating in Tuscaloosa. You have to beat Bama by two touchdowns in Tuscaloosa to actually win on a last second field goal. Way too many homer calls in T Town.

The officiating at Bama has been overblown. It's never been that horrible except for the PP7 int.

Now, auburn on the otherhand, has been horrendous up until this year.

Need more physicality(its a minset, hand usage), explosiveness off the line and more precise routes. If all that can't be achieved then you have to run route combos to get receivers open. Auburn was mugging them pretty good though.

I'd like to see more rub routes and underneath crossing route with double post up top. With man coverage and TIME in pocket makes for more open routes and bigger plays.

I agree, after watching the game again, Auburn held the receivers a good bit. It was hard to get separation. The thing I did like though it that our receivers were not bitching and just kept playing hard. The game plan for Auburn looked like knock the receivers around and throw them off. Auburn had respect for our WR's

As the season goes on and players get in sync better, I think we'll see more of what you're talking about.
