Mainieri is quick to dump players that aren't performing, so why does he stick by hitting coordinators that underperform?

He' been struggling, with this staring last season when he was suspended. Like you said, hope he gets it right and best of luck.

Same here. But with Bregman, Hale, Zardon, Roberston coming back along with some of the recruits he probably didn't think he'd see much playing time.

That's still pretty strange. Typically they just aren't put on the next years roster, they're not removed from a roster they spent 90% of the season on.
It's just weird is all I'm saying.
