I just read the entire Glenn departing article online and that was one of the worst responses from a head coach I've ever seen regarding a soon to be former player.
I've never had anything negative to say about CPM until today but its somewhat apparent that there may be bad blood between the two if a coach is that eager to speak publicly about a player's shortcomings. I found it to be an inappropriate response.

Sounds like Glenn already had a place to transfer lined up. I'm going to assume that Paul Mainieri got wind of Glenn's plans to transfer and told him, "Why wait until August, I'll help you pack up now."
