I am totally shocked that someone else acknowledges this. If you think that the accomplishments of the previous coach had zero effect on Miles' career at LSU, then you're beyond help. Do you honestly think Miles could take a 3-8 (Dinardo) team and turn them into National Champions? Honestly?

I think people simply underestimate how difficult it is to take a mediocre program to the Elite level, and all the intangibles that come along with it.

There is no question Les was handed the keys to a Ferrari. While he has continued the success (somewhat) it is clear that his successor will not be put in the same situation as he was when he arrived.

U might as well like Les like he is. Les is a nice guy but as hard headed as a rock. He will never change no matter how many games he wins or loses! I do think we could use some one who knows how to coach a QB.I thought Cam was the man but so far I am disappointed!
