I highly doubt it was all thought up from scratch since Sunday. Pretty sure O has had some time to think about what he'd do if he was running the ship for a while. A man can dream. Then he gets handed the keys, and he wastes no time implementing what he's been thinking about. I mean this has always been his dream job. He has 8 games to make an impression if he wants a shot of having it longer. When you get that opportunity, you leave no stone left untouched.
