Team Sweep's reach doesn't stop at the state line

Dismissed due to the fact that Chavis is a total dumbass.

Chavis/A&M fricked
I bet they pony up real quick now.

400k plus cost, just make it out to "cash"

Would you say this was a last minute loss by Chavis?

This is the reason AM will really blow on defense.
After his first deposition in BR I'd request a second deposition before his plane landed in Texas
I'd make that guy do so much extra work he will have zero time to coach

"Judge Travis Bryan III, an A&M graduate, sustained LSU’s special plea to jurisdiction, dismissing the lawsuit, Bob Barton, LSU’s attorney, told The Advocate on Friday."

Disagree about settlement; this will be appealed until it can't be appealed anymore. I think the whole pool boy witness to phone call during pre-game didn't sit well with Alleva.
Question to those who know (and by that I mean legal experts and not rantards who slept at the Holiday Inn last night): if LSU wins the suit, can they collect their legal fees from a &M as well? That might be equal to the initial 400k. Thx.

Depends on whether or not the agreement provides for it.

The Texas court got it right and frankly, I would love it if the Judge was a UT Grad!

Upon review, no attorney's fee provision appears to be in the contract.

Please can they serve a subpoena to him as he is coming in with his "defense" in Tiger Stadium. That would be sweet!
