Spring Rankings
quote:

1. LSU 11-1
The Spring Call: The simplified offense will be just good enough to get by a tough first half of the season, but Alabama will drop a hammer at home in the national game of the year. The Tigers will be off to the SEC Championship and will win the title and will be off to the national title … but it won’t always be pretty. It’ll take Death Valley wars against Florida and Arkansas, along with the season opener against Oregon in Dallas to be in position to win it all.

ETA:
1. LSU, 11-1
2. Oklahoma, 11-1
3. Oregon, 11-1
4. Alabama, 10-2
5. Florida, 10-2

6. Boise State, 11-1
7. TCU, 11-1
8. South Carolina, 9-3
9. Ohio State, 10-2
10. Oklahoma State, 9-3

Oregon's only game is against LSU. The PAC 2 is going to suck this yr.

They play in the Pac-10. Aside from LSU, Stanford will be the only other game I could see them having a chance to lose

Lsu may have 1 loss but it won't be to Bama. Also Bama is over hyped again this year. They lose at least 3 times with the lost leadership on offense.

Isn't USC still a talented program??? I recognize they are still serving probation.. but i'm pretty sure they always stand a chance to beat anyone in that conference.. including Oregon.

I agree we are without a doubt oregons toughest game but they may not be powerhouses but oregon could lose to ....USC, stanford, and or state plus finally they have a pac championship

i would be a nervous wreck if this is what they are predicting. basically, bama beats us and they are in the driver's seat to the SEC championship...we gotta rely on fricking miss. st to save our national title hopes

They don't explain why Oregon and Bama are where they are. They are losing so many freaking good players and they still rank them high. Any other team they would drop 8 spots it's such non sense. I don't mind where LSU is just in the top 3

Bama returns practically the whole defense....they should be ranked in top 12....Oregon should be ranked top 10....they bring back their QB, heisman candidate rb,...biggest loss was matthews.

Only drawback is if they are overrated when we beat them we will have beaten an overrated team

The other drawback is they might be good enough to beat you.
