Not as bad as the last 4 years. He's already won the job IMO.
He's the perfect fit. The players have bought in, will keep Aranda, will stay out of the new OC's way, knows how to deal with the media after his time in Hollywood, organizes practices like Pete Carroll, Louisiana native. You're going to have to lay back and just take Coach O all up in you

Sounds like Les Miles in his first 5 years at LSU. Just leave Jimbo where he be man. I'm happy he's doing fine at FSU. FSU wouldn't let him go anyways, but I think his time at LSU is past.

He made Ward a 3 star instead an elite player
Herman knows how to maximize talent period
LSU is better off hiring an offensive genius like him IMO because they can always attract great DC better
Herman will adjust his offense midseason if needed and still takes it to top defenses
Herman with elite talent and a DC like Aranda is as great as any combo IMO
I don't worry he'd leave if he picks LSU now
