Two things: 1.) Those gold uniforms look stupid with the yellow helmet. 2.) Is that Vanderbuilt? When did they change their helmet color?

I like the white(p) with the Gold (S), but have we ever had white pants with the purple shirts besides the tulane game?What about purple pants? Still I am biased to the traditional white(s) and gold(P).

I say that if Appy St. won't allow us to wear white that we break out the GOLD jersies. Not the old one that we wore vs. UF, but the first one posted in this thread! Purple would be HOT!!

LSU ALWAYS wears gold pants. With white or purple jerseys (traditionally, I know we have changed up, like for Tulane last year). And once we wore purple pants, against Kentucky in Lexington.

Simply got my colors out of whack on my post, and you read above you will see that I corrected it. I thought I remebered the purple pants in SI from the Kentuck game back then, but I wasn't sure. Oh and I have been an LSU fan since 79...Cheers

Ain't that the truth...I always forget who the kicker was who broke Craig Nall's hand in warm-ups. Nall was going to get a chance that game, and perhaps Josh Booty would have never seen the field agian. Although Josh should get some props, because he took advantage of another undeserved chance and got voted 1st team SEC.

He was a little over the top thinking that people pay attention to that kind of stuff, but what I'm sure annoyed him was posting the rule and shortly thereafter some ignorant jackasses start asking the same questions again.
