Rabalais asks about the mandate to change the offense and how does that appeal to Canada?

Canada: "The appeal??? This is L-S-U!!! THAT's the appeal."

Yeah he got a little carried away calling LSU the top program in the country, but you gotta love his enthusiasm!

ETA: LOL! Some of you people are delusional.

I agree. I would say it if I was ever the HC of LSU because I love LSU more than anything aside from family...well, some of my family. That would be an amazing job. However, as a coach, I would question if I could even handle my emotions coaching LSU and not make Johnny on the spot decisions...

I also like that he stated (twice) that he thought LSU was the best athletic program in the country.

I understand that!

Dude, what are you doing in Oxford? I'll bet you're glad LSU won that game this year.

Someone asked him about his offense against Sec defenses. His response I'm 1-0 against Alabama.

LSU football is iconic ... our fans just don't always see it through a national lens

Look, the guy wants to be a head coach, and he knows that if he can stick the landing here, at this job, his next job will be as a head man.

If I started from the bottom and got to where he is, with the end goal in sight, I'd be pretty stoked as well.

The seven figure salary along with all the tools available must be a dream come true for him.

I hope his offense lights up the scoreboard...

Oh it's a top 10 program IMO, but it's not the top program. I can certainly see Canada being excited.

I think what he was trying to say is that lsu has as much potential as any program in the nation...and that is a fact. Lsu is a special place and he realizes its potential.

I'm sure the prestige has a little to do with it but I'm sure the biggest factor had to be the $$$.

I think our o.c. is a bold and brash s.o.b. I love that comment where he said he is 1-0 vs Alabama, he knows what it is and why he is here and that's to beat bama and get this program back on the map. I love it. just hope he backs up that lip he has.
