Just quickly, off the top of my head (so I could be wrong):

-Two more LSU wins guarantees LSU the outright West and conference titles
-One more LSU win and one Vandy loss guarantees LSU the conference co-title
-One more LSU win guarantees LSU the West co-title
-Two more Vanderbilt wins and one LSU loss guarantees Vandy the outright conference title
-Two more Texas A&M wins and one LSU loss guarantees A&M the West co-title
-Two more Texas A&M wins and two LSU losses and two Vandy losses guarantees A&M the conference title
-Two more Texas A&M wins and two LSU losses guarantees A&M the outright West title
-Vanderbilt's win today guaranteed them the East co-title
-One more Vanderbilt win guarantees them the outright East title
-Florida's loss today eliminated them from the conference title
-Two more Florida wins and two Vanderbilt losses guarantees UF the East co-title

What about Ole Miss? If they win and Cal St Northridge loses, does that mean UC Irvine is in?

I assume that you're talking about the NCAA regional. I think that Ole Miss is in the Big Dance no matter what at this point.

Why does it matter??? This season will be judged on how many games we win in Omaha...... WGAF if they win a paper title prior to that.

I got burned for this opinion.

but the regular season title means something

1) #1 seed gives us the easy path in the SECt which doesn't really matter
2) LSU I think has won 4 of 6 titles also winning the regular season title
3) it's a huge accomplishment.
4) top 8 seed guaranteed, unless the SEC sucks or something, but that is never the case.

So winning the SEC is no longer a big deal? It's a shame how spoiled our fanbase has become.

Every time LSU has won the CWS, LSU has won either the SEC regular season title or the SEC Tournament title. So , yes, I want to win the SEC.

Missing out on that probable Georgia win sucks. Wish we could have made it up.

This is incorrect, this gives LSU the outright title.

It would give LSU the #1 seed, but A&M could still tie if they win 1 more than we do. For whatever stupid reason they name co-champions in the event of a tie.

it didn't include Texas A&M in the mathematics, so I wasn't sure.

Plus it's a goal that the team set at the beginning of the season. Even if it doesn't mean much in the grand scheme of things, I'd still like to see them accomplish their goals.

The game I'd really like to have back is that Sunday Kentucky game.
