Can people with seats in the East Upper enter through gates 20-31?

I know you can from 22-28, I do it every week. Just walk in, hang a right, and you go up the ramp that used to be 19 I think but is now enclosed by the new south addition.

Awesome. I just want to get my friend over to the student section but I guess this means any ticket will get you access where you can just head in to another gate and walk over.

20-21: No, those go to the South Suites & Club only.
22: Unused
23-28: Yes. Go in and hang a right.
29-30: Do not exist.
31: Yes, but you have to have a Visiting Team Will Call ticket to use this gate.
