bring some trash bags from your house or remove the trash bag from the can and start using the can
or grab more trash cans when they are handing them out

Best solution is to make the students clean up that shite.

We bring trash bags and fill them up and leave them against the trash cans if the cans are full... It shocked me to see it so clearly defined where we were and where our neighbors were. And our neighbors had the trashcans
