Cam seems to deal in hyperbole. I remember him hyping up Jennings as being "innately accurate" (one of Cam's catchphrases), and I'm still waiting on that to manifest itself.

That's silly. It doesn't mean others aren't dramatically improved too. Just means super beast is not super wooper duper beast

Just think what LF would be able to do if we had even a small threat in the passing game that would stop defenses from putting 8-9 peoople in the box.

It's going to be interesting. A season of conditioning with Moffit, learning the nuances of reading blocks and patience. These added to his natural talent will make him a beast.

You have to believe that this will make the passing game so much easier. If the WRs step up and the QB position gets developed a little more this is going to be a substantially improved offense.

This thread is about Fournette, and the praise our best player deserves. Not our QB situation.

That's gratifying and disheartening at the same time. With the poor QB play LSU got last year it shouldn't take much for one of the QB's to be the most improved.

Great to see Leonard making strides though.

Still a LOT of football to go before the season pops off.

It's all about ceiling. LF was all universe coming out of high school and it took him a bit to figure out the college game. Now we're going to see the hype fulfilled.

Our QB's are going to improve, of course. I swear, we can turn any topic into a bitch fest about AJ and Harris.

I'd bet good money that they draw names from a hat to determine what player they will praise that day.

LF in the last two games looked to be on an entirely different level, though he was playing against terrible D's. Earlier in the season against worse competition, he still wasn't able to perform like he did against A&M and ND. If he is in fact improving at a significant rate it is great news. The better he is, the less improvement we need from the QB position and we could use all the help in the world there. If there is significant improvement at the QB position as well...
