Good enough IMO to load the box and stop the run. Tigers will need to pass in order be successful on offense.

There will be an upset. LSU has the big head, won't be prepared.

If you are the OC scheming against LSU this year, I think do the same thing as others have done in past years: play the run and make Etling beat you passing.
Put differently, try to take away LSU's best weapon: Guice.

They're slow at corner. If we have any sort of passing game, they're going to struggle and won't be able to load the box. It'll be a nice test for Etling. I really like this match up to start the season. I think it's going to prepare us well. Lots of quality snaps to go around, especially since our defense is going to force a lot of three and outs.

What if they were trying to lull us into a false sense of security?

Well, they about lulled me to sleep, and I had been waiting for months to watch some college football.

miles is gone kid. I am not sure you quite understand how things work. If they load the box we can still stretch them horizontally running the ball. Do they have the speed to get there? What if they are sealed off? now if they bring up safeties outside and/or fan out LB's to stop the horizontal stetches then we go back to vertical runs or passes.

Them loading the box only guarantees them possible success against a team that ONLY runs between the tackles.
