Was it you or Roger who was in the other thread saying clearly he’s talked to them because he got an extension.
He had an assistant involved in wire fraud and he refuses to talk to his bosses....

Because it was his original position and knee jerk reaction and although he flip flopped on it this is a person who can’t admit he’s wrong so he must defend his original position. Like most blowhards he’d rather be first than be right.

You and others keep pointing this out as if it means something. It doesn’t. Wade’s phone was not tapped. There was no warrant issued on probable cause directed at Wade. He just spoke on the phone with someone who was under suspicion. No one has alleged anything against Wade, not the NCAA, not prosecutors, no one. Wade got a subpoena from the defense in a prosecution. He isn’t a defendant. There is no current allegation of wrongdoing against Wade or LSU.
When you look at it objectively, this is not the situation you describe. It just isn’t. Maybe, if additional evidence comes out, this may become something. But at this point, there is nothing to support the description of this situation in the manner you suggest.

I profoundly disagree with him, but I appreciate that he's usually civil enough to disagree with respectfully.
Everything negative has already been said.
He may be wrong more than anyone else, but he's entitled to his opinion, even if it's wrong.
I'll give him this, he takes a lot more personal flak than he dishes out.
None of the above in any way suggests his opinions are right. Just saying, I'll take ten Lesters for every ipodqueen, Cptdumbass, (didn't make) The First Cut, and atltiger6487.

Nothing to see here. Dick Vitale said last week that Bruce Pearl just got in trouble for talking about a party. Whatever that means.

Lester lies a lot and then he backtracks while lashing out at anyone who’s caught him lying. Most people give their opinion and open a dialog to break it down, Lester makes it all about him and uses phony facts as a shield against opposition.
