Still a bit surprised to see UK at #1. There's no doubt they will be good, but they lost 7 players from last year's squad. Outside of Poythress, they're completely reliant upon freshman (unlike in 2012 and 2015 where there were multiple Sophomores mixed in with a great recruiting class). Finally, their best player isn't yet and may never be eligible.
15-16 is LSU's chance to take the SEC.

Shows you how out of touch that other poll showing us in the high 30's was. They even had Texas A&M 10+ spots ahead of LSU.

Doesn't look like a ton of in-state talent next year either. Coach Jones might do well to bank a new contract based on this year real quick.
