WTF? Who else has the qb and receivers to duplicate what wvu did and who has enough balls to do so. Arkansas and petrino is it and that will be at home. I think this is all about nothing.

More like a blue print to run up a bunch of yards and still get blown out.

Blueprint to run up stats while losing to LSU.

1) 60 yards of short passes
2) Punt
3) Get scored on
4) Receive the ball inside your 10
5) Repeat

I agree but espn kept pimping this idea. U think saban is gonna throw the ball 65 times with his qb. Uh no!

no-one else during the rest of your schedule can duplicate what wvu did. none. the rest of the teams you will face will be more akin to what you are built as. running/play action pass which requires good defensive play to stop.

and you will not face another qb in the sec that can do what geno does.

now what you might face in the bowl game will be a ??? till the opponent is known

Well no one can run on us so passing is really their only option.

Don't think anyone ever said to expect to see ARK and ALA to put it up 60+ times. Could definitely see them changing some play calling though leaning more towards a heavier pass attack for at least a quarter or so to see how much success they get out of it.

That is a very limited subset - Oklahoma/Oklahoma State, Wisconsin/ Nebraska, Stanford, VT/Clemson. That is pretty much it and none of them have this gimmick offense

To be LSU you need:

A. 3 or 4 really talented receivers. (Check Florida, Auburn, Bama and Arkansas).

B. To have a very effective screen game to keep the pass rush honest (Check Florida, Tennessee, Auburn, Bama and Arkansas).

C. A power running game (Check Auburn and Bama)

D. A QB who is accurate on short to mid-range throws (Check Florida, Tennessee,Auburn, Bama and Arkansas)

E. No turnovers

F. A good run defense (Check Florida, Bama)

G. Ball hawks as DBs (Check Florida and Bama).

This season is far from over folks. West Virginia had some nice WRs and a good QB. They were mediocre everywhere else. We were 4 TDs better than them and that was what the final score was.

65+ attempts means more chances to get picked. We had so many dropped ints.

65+ attempts also means they were desperate. But that was their game plan and they stuck with it.

I don't think anyone else on the schedule will be interested in putting together a gameplan that results in getting beat by 26 points.

Throw 2 int's, and fumble the snap twice?

The blueprint to beating LSU is controlling field position and not having any turnovers. Throwing a shite ton of 5 yard passes will only get you beat by 30.
