Sciambra is batting .395, I believe has 10 hits in his last 21 at bats including 2 triples in consecutive weekends, and was 1-2 against lefties this weekend. I would not bench him

I don't think there will be much movement at least initially. He was starting to settle into a lineup that he apparently liked, so I think Robertson to 2B and Foster to left will be it for the time being...other than Sciambra and Zardon platooning at DH which I think has been the plan but we've been facing mostly right handed starters.

Robertson to 9 hole, Scimabra leading off against righties, Foster against lefties. If Robertson struggles too much then Byrd will probably get a look.

I don't get the RH and LH thing. Are you making your line-ups because you know coach is going to do it that way? Or, is it because you would do it that way?

I would do it that way.

And we dont face many lefties, so sciambra would still get plenty of playing time

I really dont want foster leading off. He swings at alot of bad pitches

He has shown in the past he likes to platoon based on RHP/LHP.

Agree, but I think that would cause the least amount of movement. Laird would probably be the only other option but then you have the same problem in the 2 spot unless you move several others around.

Mainieri says Fraley's hamstring isn't "as bad as" #LSU first thought. Won't play tomorrow but will travel to Bama. Could be 80-90% by wknd

I say Foster at 2nd with Sciambra in LF. Seeing Foster in LF yesterday makes me want him to stay in the infield. Disregarding the in the park homer, the very next inning he misread what should have been an easy flyball and gave up a double. DH one of the freshmen or Zardon.

Other potential lineups could be Sciambra or Zardon at 1st and Foster staying in left until Fraley is healthy.

For this weekend I think we'll see Fraley at DH, and Sciambra in Left.
