What he is accomplishing is definitely historic. Hopefully the team will continue to play well and make a tournament run. If that doesn't happen, it will hurt his LSU legacy. Just sad we are in the one and done era, it would be incredible to watch him mature.

CJ was better. Also, he wouldn't have panicked at the end of the Oklahoma game. great players drive the close ones home. You're missing that stat.
Yeah? How far did CJ, Shack, Roberts, Williams and the rest go in the tournament? Were they great players?
Who panicked in the Georgia Tech game?

Then this must be a really bad team with a really bad coach if we have the best player in college ball who is also the best sec player ever statistically.
when your best player isn't a dominating player, you have a very average team, and that is what we have.

He's horrible defensively around the rim. His help defense is great because then he makes a play at the ball instead of swatting at a fly like a fat cat on a lazy Saturday.

Honestly dont think he is confident enough to lock down on D cuz he knows without him this team is done!!

The thing that strikes me on his defence is that he creates a bubble, I've watched every game and its very rare for anyone to attack him.
Has a huge defensive presence, and I think its because of his quick hands.

Yikes, how bad is the SEC in FT shooting if 57% is the fifth best
