If Miles had made the change at OC at the end of last year, we wouldn't be in this situation.

What good would that do? Les will still run the offense and you can't bring anyone else in. Les will not fire Cam knowing he is gone too.

No, please don't. That only leads to:
A) see, he made changes... at least one more year
B) mean fans made nice guy Les fire his friend
C) Les has to run O until a new OC can be found
There's a history, track record of poor results, and a common denominator here. Fix the problem. Do not provide ammo for the continuation of said problem.

Cameron is not the problem!
He has been calling some good schemes this last 3 games.
He did not learn how to do that over the last month.
It is obvious Les was stifling Cam's offensive scheme!

If our punter could punt more than 30 yds. consistently we would not be in this situation. Think about it. He punts, AU gets ball on 40 yd line, they move the ball for about 30 or so yds and kick a fg. IF he punts the ball another 15 yds and same scenario happens, they are not in fg range and it isn't even a close game. I think whatever we are getting in recruiting is not worth what BDP is costing us on the field. .02

We know Les isn't getting fired today but if we start firing assistants, don't just stop at Cam. What about Grimes & BDP? Since Grimes has been here, our O-line has been soft & weak. BDP, I don't think I even have to bother listing his inadequacies.

If Coach Cam is fired, whenever, that would make 10 OC under CLM in 11 yrs. It is not the OC's fault. Did you not see CLM in the middle of every offensive huddle through out the game? Coach Cam did not originate Bo's style offense. CLM has copied it, imperfectly.
