Given all you've seen, if you could have only one national/world title for the rest of your life (by that I mean that only one team would win only one title once, ever), which team would you pick to win the title?

LSU Basketball gets the slight edge over LSU football. Very slight, though.

Dang, I had to think a tad bout that one, but I guess I would go with basketball cause none of our 9 major titles have come from that sport.

I'm thinking a title in each of the big three would place LSU in some elite company, but I'm not very hopeful of it happening.

Agreed, Lonnie. I'll say, though, that if 10 years go by and football hasn't won another title, then football inches ahead of basketball. On equal footing, I'd rather see a BCS title than a Final Four title, but now that I've seen two football titles, I'd love to see John Brady return to LSU and lead us to a national title.

I'd probably stop watching sports. The only thing that kept up the faith with the Saints for so long was the "wait until next year." If you're guaranteed not to win ever, what's the point in watching?

I should clarify. I mean that for the rest of your life, one team would win one title and one title only.

That's easy.

I'll take the Saints to win one title.
I'll take LSU football to win one title.
I'll take LSU basketball to win one title.
I'll take LSU baseball to win one title.

One team, one title.

why the hell would anyone put lsu baseball over lsu basketball?

a basketball title would be 10x more relavent and meaningful than another baseball title.
