real easy because we were all told we were wrong and now it looks like they were wrong and we were right.

same people who bash Miles say nothing will change regardless of the OC.

It depends if miles lets CC call his own game. We have run MILESBALL since 2010. A blind monkey could see it who knows anything about football.

I just hope and pray Miles has learned his lesson and turns it all over to CC.

look Mett needs better accuracy and touch no doubt but when you call basically slants, comebacks and curls with not enough deep balls using the whole field and no crossing routes until the bama game you are asking for trouble. Looks like players saw it also.

I think it was zero first downs in the first half of the SEC Championship game against UGA, and one first down in the first half of the BCS Championship game against Bama. Someone correct me if I'm wrong.

7 straight 3 and outs against UGA in SECCG in 2011.

8 3 and outs against clemson last year.

The NC game against Bama i have blocked out.

You have to wonder how we won any games, played any games close, with the upper echelon teams given the unimaginative offense they had to work with. The name schemes SOUND encouraging. Let's see if it's true!

And it was simple to predict the play based on the personnel in the game. "Oh look. Ford is in. Here comes the sweep."

reminds me of 1999 at kentucky when Bob mcConnell was our OC. Kentucky said they knew everything we did by our few formations we used and the limited plays in the formations.

So those 2-yard blocks turn into 5-yard pancakes

Or, they turn in to even quicker 3 and outs which makes our defense stay on the field even longer. I'm not so sure we shouldn't be trying to slow down the tempo, not speed it up.

Man, our fans are going to be shocked to see how a real offense works after the past 5 years.

Last years LSU offense was the most predictable I've ever seen. It was ridiculously transparent.

Very excited about this offense. Our defense will be a force, but naturally it will take them a few games to gel. If this offense can carry this team through the first few games, this could be a special year

this gentleman has it

Last years offense deserved execution. Unimaginative, repetitive and predicable. I have a feeling the QB's will not have to wait 4-5 seconds for a receiver to come open this year.

Yep, and certain personnel groupings dictated certain plays. If all the can block and catch, LSU will be far less predictable.

Me, I like a run call a lot of times when they stack the box. Get past the first level and most times it's a chase to the end zone.
