I'm still as depressed and bummed

It's truly sad we don't even try.

I am angry but it is what it is. I don't think I can be emotionally attached to the team until CLM is removed.

24 hours ago my mindset was win or lose, hopefully win, we will be making a much needed change and a step in the right direction for the future of our program.

24 hours later after a sloppy win vs a very mediocre team, we not only refrained from making a change, but look like a bunch of amateurs in retaining a coach who is continually taking steps in the wrong direction.

I'm not mad as I don't fret over things that don't affect me personally, but this whole ordeal has been quite comical for a program that considers itself a "national powerhouse".

You probably need to log off and go take a walk then.

If you're still mad about what happens in a college student extra curricular activity after 24 hours, you've completely lost your grip on any reasonable perspective.

I'm not wrong here.

It's a shame how many "fans" were pulling for us to lose last night.

Not mad... Moreso baffled.

What a crazy roller coaster of emotions... Par for the course with Les Miles. His tenure has at the very least been entertaining as hell

I am mad as hell if it is indeed true that we could have had Fisher. If Fisher told us no, an argument could be made that Miles is probably the right move.

Neither.

I was getting unsolicited info (not on this board but I read here too) from friends saying "done deal" and "miles is staying" at the same time. Lol

I knew this would be a total clusterfrick.

I didn't think Les deserved to be fired so I was never mad in the first place. I mean, the way it was handled was abysmal but I'm not convinced that's really at the feet of Alleva, either.

The entire situation pisses me off. Alleva getting fired is about the only thing that would ease my anger.

I lived through the 80's and 90's and will live through them again as that is the direction we are heading now.

The A&M game didn't really change anything for me. I like Miles but, this game was more of the same regarding penalties, and offensive execution. The D matched up much better with A&Ms offense and special teams were improved but the old warts are still there. I understand Harris being extra erratic last night didn't help but we should let him run more on nights like this. Like allowing him to actually read on the zone read.
